Cancellation Policy:

Daily Guests: A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation. Need to Cancel? Please call the campground before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancelations will incur a $10 cancellation fee: Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made after these deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required - Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.

Holiday and Event Weekends may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Monthly Guests: All guests are required to notify Wekiva Falls Resort 30 days before scheduled arrival date. Guests will be given their $100 deposit back in full. Without proper notifiction, all deposits are forfeited.

Pet Policy:

We are a pet friendly RV Resort. Breed Restriction, please inquire with the Resort. There is no additional charge for pets. All dogs must be on a leash except for designated areas, and by law all owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
